MIS Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• With basic to intermediate knowledge in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintaining computers, printers, network connections, and telephone systems.
• With basic knowledge and skills in network cabling and installation.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic network configuration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BIZBOX Hospital Information System is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and information security practices is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Willing to provide technical support and respond to IT-related concerns as needed.
