Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Haustechnik und Instandhaltung sorgen Sie für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Gebäude, technischen Anlagen und Produktionsmaschinen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Optimierungsarbeiten an Gebäuden, gebäudetechnischen Anlagen sowie operativen Maschinen
• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit
• Durchführung elektrischer Prüfungen an ortsfesten und ortsveränderlichen Betriebsmitteln, Anlagen und Maschinen gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften
• Eigenständige Planung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Wartungs- und Prüfterminen
• Koordination und Betreuung externer Dienstleister
• Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten externer Dienstleister und Handwerksbetriebe
• Terminabsprachen mit externen Partnern sowie Überwachung der Leistungserbringung
• Einweisung, Betreuung und Kontrolle von Fremdfirmen auf dem Betriebsgelände
• Mitwirkung bei technischen Verbesserungs- und Optimierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Bereich Haustechnik, Facility Management oder Instandhaltung von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Gebäude- und Betriebstechnik
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung elektrischer Prüfungen wünschenswert
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung
• Sicherer Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und Handwerksfirmen
• Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Ausbildereignung nach AEVO (Ausbilderschein)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered is determined by the role's specific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location which may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.
