- Sie sind das Aushängeschild und begrüßen unsere Besucher am Empfang und am Telefon
- Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung
- Allgemeine Aufgaben im Officemanagement (Posteingang, Schriftverkehr usw.)
- Bedienung der Kasse / Kassiertätigkeiten
- Bearbeitung von Warenrücknahmen, Gutscheinausgabe und Kassenabschluss
Ihre Baustoffe
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke und eine positive Ausstrahlung
- Sie haben Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit, sind teamfähig und können auch mal mit anpacken
