- Besetzung der Pforte bzw. Des Empfangsbereichs
- Besucheranmeldung und -weiterleitung
- Telefonzentrale
- Schlüsselverwaltung
- Kontrolle von Lieferanten und Fremdfirmen
- Dokumentation und Auskunftserteilung

- Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse am PC
