This person is reliable, physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in demanding environments, and comfortable using job-tracking software or mobile apps. An IICRC WRT certification and experience in sales or customer service are strong pluses. Most importantly, they are growth-oriented — someone who shows initiative, learns quickly on job sites, and is motivated to advance into an Estimator role as they continue developing within Cavalry’s mitigation team.
