Mitigation Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mitigation Project Manager to lead and oversee mitigation projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful delivery of mitigation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive experience managing teams on large-scale projects, and proficiency with industry-standard project management and construction software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage water, fire, and other mitigation projects from initial assignment through completion
• Perform job inspections and develop appropriate mitigation plans
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other involved parties
• Coordinate and oversee mitigation crews and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, equipment, materials, labor, and job costs
• Ensure proper documentation, photographs, moisture readings, daily logs, and project notes are completed
• Prepare estimates and maintain accurate project documentation
• Communicate regularly with customers and insurance carriers regarding project status
• Identify changes in scope and communicate them promptly
• Ensure work is performed according to industry standards and company expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Help resolve issues as they arise and keep projects moving toward completion

Requirements

• IICRC WRT Certified
• Clean MVR
• Valid driver's license
• 5 years mitigation experience
• Ability to pass background check
• TPA Experience

*Exact salary dependent upon experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,300.00 per year
