Mitigation Project Manager

Overview:

Growing company looking to add a Mitigation Project manager to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and job schedules.
• Perform job inspections and document project progress.
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, and team members.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the mitigation/restoration industry is a MUST.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of water damage mitigation procedures and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.
• IICRC certifications preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
