UDK/DK is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Restoration Mitigation Technicians. We specialize in restoring properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other unexpected disasters. Compensation

• Starting pay: $18.00 per hour for entry-level candidates
• Higher starting wages available based on experience
• Overtime opportunities available
• On-call and call-out bonuses
• First-year technicians typically earn approximately $40,000+ annually, including overtime and bonuses

About the Role

As a Restoration Mitigation Technician, you will respond to residential and commercial property emergencies caused by:

• Water damage and flooding
• Fire and smoke damage
• Mold remediation
• Biohazard and specialty cleanup situations
• Other property restoration emergencies

Technicians work in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in helping customers recover after unexpected disasters.

Availability

• Willing and able to work approximately 50 hours per week
• Available for emergency response work, including evenings and weekends
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required
• Employees are typically assigned a minimum of eight 24-hour on-call shifts per month, based on business needs

Professional Appearance

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Tobacco-free workplace preference

Transportation & Driving Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation required
• Must be able to report to the UDK facility within 30 minutes when called for emergency response
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
