• Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent Mitigation Technician experience is required!
• Water extraction and moisture mapping is required!
• Ability to lift more than 50lbs
• Positive attitude, personable and works well on a team
• Able to work on-call rotation is required!
• Software Docusketch experience is a plus!
• IICRC Certified is a plus
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required

Position Summary:

Vines Heating & Air Plumbing Restoration is looking for an experienced Mitigation Technician to earn $60K–$80K annually depending on experience, plus call-out bonuses and overtime opportunities. You’ll take ownership of restoration projects through water extraction, moisture mapping, drying, documentation, and restoration support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Core Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time in proper uniform/PPE and provide professional, respectful customer service while clearly explaining the work being performed.
• Protect customer homes and belongings, maintain a clean work area, and communicate customer concerns or changing job conditions to the Lead Technician or Manager.
• Perform water extraction and operate, monitor, clean, and maintain drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and extraction equipment.
• Assist with controlled demolition, removal of affected materials, cleaning, sanitizing, containment, and contents pack-outs as authorized.
• Assist with mold and specialty restoration, including containment, HEPA vacuuming, cleaning, and antimicrobial applications while following required PPE and company procedures.
• Complete accurate job documentation, including photos, moisture readings, affected areas, materials removed, equipment placement/counts, and drying records.
• Safely load, unload, organize, and maintain equipment and the mitigation vehicle; report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements, identify hazards, and maintain safe electrical, structural, environmental, and jobsite practices.
• Work closely with Lead Technicians and other team members, follow direction, stay productive, and help complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude and perform only approved work, communicating before proceeding outside the assigned scope.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
