Duties

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, mold, and flood damage incidents, providing immediate mitigation services.
• Perform cleaning and debris removal using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to restore affected areas efficiently.
• Conduct mold remediation following strict safety protocols to ensure safe environments for clients and team members.
• Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies during job assignments.
• Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and other safety gear to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with construction-related tasks when necessary to facilitate full restoration of damaged properties.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including photographs, reports, and logs for each project.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver excellent customer service while explaining procedures and addressing concerns professionally.
• Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred.
• IICRC (wtr) preferred
• Knowledge of flood restoration, water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes.
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations with on-call coverage as needed.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and Xactimate software is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures including PPE use and respiratory protection protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude during stressful situations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends when emergencies arise.
• Construction experience or related technical skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
