Mitigation Technician

We are a direct repair vendor for many insurance carriers and we service San Joaquin County and surrounding areas. We have a 24-hour emergency service department handling water mitigation, smoke/fire mitigation, temporary shoring/fencing/power, Contents, and board-up services.  Our Emergency Service Department is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and ready for a long term commitment. We are looking for an honest, responsible, and reliable individual who can handle the work load of a busy Emergency Service Department. Minimal Responsibilities and Duties

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting/positioning of heavy equipment
• Able to work 40+ hours and/or weekends
• Knowledge of construction is helpful
• Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire
• Install mitigation equipment to reduce liability
• Keep open lines of communicate with office and all other parties involved
• Maintain the high quality and standards of the department
• Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier. Qualifications
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be eligible to work in the United State
• IICRC qualification is not required, but highly recommended. Job Type: Full-time Experience:
• Service Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
