Mitsubishi Tarlac - Data Integrity Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Data Integrity — Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information acquired and encoded into the Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
• Customer Information Management — Prepare and update CIS forms daily, maintaining organized and reliable records.
• SAP Customer Profiles — Create, accomplish, and update customer profiles within SAP to support operational efficiency.
• Technical Troubleshooting — Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by the branch to minimize downtime.
• Hardware and Software Solutions — Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate hardware and software solutions to meet business needs.
• Google Drive Management — Perform daily uploads of CIS forms to the company’s Google Drive, ensuring secure and accessible documentation.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration — Foster harmonious working relationships with other departments, distributors, and dealers to support smooth operations.
• Attendance and Reliability — Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability in fulfilling work responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course
• With background in data management, ERP/SAP systems, compliance, or IT governance. Automotive industry experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• ERP/SAP proficiency
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills

Pay: Php15,650.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
