Paint Warehouse Batching Associate

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Warehouse Batching Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately batching and preparing paint orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and mix paint according to provided formulas and work orders.
• Operate paint mixing and batching equipment.
• Read and follow product formulas, labels, and instructions.
• Use a computer to enter orders, track inventory, print labels, and record batch information.
• Check finished batches for accuracy, color, and quality.
• Safely handle paint, raw materials, and warehouse products.
• Organize and stock materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Communicate with warehouse and production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to enter information and use simple software programs.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move paint containers and other materials.
• Previous warehouse, paint, manufacturing, or batching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and paint-mixing processes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and wear required safety equipment.
