Mixologist / Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Bring creative ideas and execution of seasonal drinks and flavors to the table.
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about ingredients, and enhance their overall experience through excellent customer service.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously using Toast, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment and ordering as needed.
• Enforce responsible serving policies by recognizing signs of intoxication and managing guest interactions professionally.
• Collaborate with team members during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in diverse settings.

Requirements

• Current alcohol servers license.
• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in cocktail bar, distillery, etc.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of hospitality principles.
