MIXOLOGIST- BARTENDER

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mixologist-Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and meet customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies to ensure seamless service.
• Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while processing payments and giving correct change.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for fine dining, nightclub events, or banquet settings.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify legal drinking age requirements at all times.
• Assist in bar management duties as needed, including scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality industry excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, cocktail recipes, brewing processes, and beverage presentation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales transactions and inventory management.
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
