ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for a talented and outgoing Mixologist for a luxury resort in the Caribbean. This is a creative, guest-facing role at the heart of the resort's bar program, responsible for supervising the bartending team and elevating the beverage experience across all bars. The right person brings exceptional technical skill, an innovative spirit, and the kind of magnetic personality that makes every guest interaction memorable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the craft cocktail program across all resort bars, designing and executing innovative, guest-focused menus
• Supervise and inspire the bartending team, setting the standard for technique, presentation, and service
• Create seasonal and signature cocktail offerings that reflect creativity, storytelling, and local inspiration
• Maintain Forbes Travel Guide service standards across all bar operations
• Train and develop the bar team on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and guest engagement
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all bar stations
• Collaborate with F&B and outlets leadership on beverage strategy, promotions, and special events

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mixologist or senior bartender in a luxury hospitality environment
• Forbes Travel Guide property experience is mandatory
• Caribbean experience is strongly preferred and will be a key consideration in the selection process
• Exceptional cocktail knowledge and technical skill across spirits, flavour pairing, and bar technique
• A creative, innovative mindset with a proven track record of developing compelling cocktail menus
• A vibrant, outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a professional, polished appearance
• Natural ability to connect with guests and create genuinely memorable experiences at the bar
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing a bar team

• Competitive salary plus service charge averaging USD $1,100 - $2,600 per month
