Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS and CLover POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including catering events and banquets
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; place orders as needed
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify legal drinking age at all times
• Assist in bar management duties when required, including scheduling and stock control

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits experience
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transaction management
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Ability to develop creative beverage recipes that appeal to diverse tastes
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Experience working in the hospitality industry or food service environment that emphasizes teamwork and efficiency
• Knowledge of wine pairing principles, brewing processes, and spirits industry trends is advantageous

Pay: $7.25 - $40.90 per hour
