Mixologist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails to a high standard.
• Provide knowledgeable, personalized guest service.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and stock levels.
• Follow company, health and safety standards.
• Assist with creating new cocktails and beverage experiences.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of bartending/mixology experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or cruise.
• Strong mixology and guest-service skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
