Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Develop unique beverage recipes to enhance our menu and delight guests
• Engage with customers to recommend drinks, answer questions about ingredients, and ensure an exceptional experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or mixology within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and beverage portioning
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations
