Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers with precision and flair
• Develop new beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks based on their preferences and enhance their overall experience
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle food service responsibilities including serving food, catering support, and banquet assistance when needed
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering beverages to ensure smooth operations
• Process cash and card payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling records

Requirements

• Proven experience in mixology or bartending within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage development techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Previous experience in fine dining establishments or hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus

Pay: $769.00 - $961.00 per week
