URGENT HIRING – MIXOLOGIST

Location: Dugbe, Ibadan
Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
A reputable restaurant is looking for an experienced and skilled Mixologist who can prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve different types of cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Create both classic and signature cocktails.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain consistency.
• Prepare non-alcoholic drinks, mocktails and other beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic bar area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverage ingredients.
• Monitor beverage inventory and report items that need restocking.
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to guests professionally.
• Maintain proper presentation and quality of all drinks served.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender or in a similar role.
• Must be highly skilled in preparing different types of cocktails.
• Good knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques and beverage presentation.
• Creative, attentive to detail and customer-focused.
• Experienced and ready-to-work candidates only.
• Must be willing to work Monday–Saturday.
• Interested applicants must reside around Dugbe or within close proximity.
