Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of innovative cocktails and beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring quality and consistency
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all responsible alcohol service policies to promote guest safety
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a hospitality or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and food safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively
• Ability to perform basic math for accurate drink mixing and cash handling
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Familiarity with hospitality standards, serving etiquette, and responsible alcohol service
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for creating memorable guest experiences is essential
