Mixologist

The Mixologist is responsible for creating innovative cocktails, preparing high-quality beverages, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role combines beverage knowledge, creativity, and customer service while maintaining consistent drink standards, managing bar supplies, and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized bar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare classic cocktails, signature drinks, and seasonal beverages.
• Develop innovative drink recipes and unique flavor combinations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and menu selections.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Garnish cocktails professionally and maintain attractive drink presentation.
• Explain ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods to guests.
• Monitor beverage inventory and report stock shortages.
• Assist with ordering ingredients, spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Control beverage waste and follow portion-control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and preparation areas.
• Clean and maintain bar tools, glassware, and equipment.
• Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and verify age when required.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and restaurant management.
• Stay informed about cocktail trends, ingredients, and beverage techniques.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve beverage-related concerns professionally.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, wines, and mixers.
• Creativity and passion for beverage development.
• Excellent drink preparation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of bar hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Good organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $23.67 - $28.51 per hour
