Mixologist/Bartender

The Superlative Collection is looking for a talented Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist to join our team across our portfolio of standout Glasgow venues.

The Role

As a Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist, you'll bring skill, flair, and personality to our bar operations, delivering a first-class drinks experience for every guest. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu development, showcase your creativity, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard
• Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable guest service at the bar
• Support the development of seasonal cocktail menus and drinks specials
• Maintain full knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and current bar trends
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and compliant with licensing and hygiene standards
• Manage stock levels, wastage, and cash-up procedures accurately
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams during service
• Uphold responsible service of alcohol at all times

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a bartender, ideally with cocktail-making expertise
• Strong knowledge of spirits, mixers, and classic cocktail recipes, with a flair for creating new ones
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Confident, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Personal licence holder desirable (or willingness to obtain)
