Mixologist/Bartender

Overview

We are seeking a professional and experienced Mixologist/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in spirits, mixology, and wine knowledge, with a passion for creating exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires an individual who can work independently with professionalism while also collaborating effectively within a small team environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and wine selections with precision and flair.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques to craft innovative and classic drinks.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Work independently to deliver high-quality service while collaborating seamlessly with team members during busy periods.
• Uphold professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the establishment positively.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail recipes.
• Demonstrated expertise in mixology techniques and cocktail presentation.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism while also contributing as part of a small team.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
