Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and ingredients, adhering to food safety standards.
• Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods by utilizing excellent time management skills.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance while promoting responsible alcohol service.
• Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the station well-equipped for service demands.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to connect with guests warmly and professionally.
• Solid understanding of food safety standards relevant to beverage service.
• Experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred.
• Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
• Effective time management to handle high-volume periods smoothly without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
