Mixologist/Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service
• Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality setting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or hospitality experience
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and cocktail techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling and basic math skills are essential
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative drinks is highly desirable
• Previous bar management or banquet experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
