Mixologist/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of mixology, an understanding of customer service in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to create innovative cocktails that enhance our guests' experience. As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our bar area operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure efficient service.
• Occasionally assist with catering eventss

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent cash handling skills with experience using POS systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively.
• Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
