该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.基于公司存算一体芯片进行AFD通讯库开发，结合存算计算特点，提高芯片算力效率； 2.基于服务器集群硬件网络连接关系，实现拓扑探测以及自主建链； 3.根据业务场景，优化数据通信性能，自动故障处理； 4.跟踪业界AI推理场景中的数据传输技术，完成新技术落地的可行性分析； 任职要求: 1.熟悉IB，RoCE网络，清楚RDMA节点间建立连接通道的过程； 2.熟悉RDMA数据传输协议，有基于IB-verbs API开发经验者优先； 3.具备扎实的C++的编程基础，有丰富的编程经验者优先； 4.具有较强的学习和解决问题的能力，拥有良好的团队合作和沟通能力；
