• Research, conceptualize, analyze, and demonstrate new concepts and systems in gas compression, heating and cooling systems, energy recovery, gas purification, etc. 在气体压缩、供热/制冷系统、能量回收、气体净化等领域，研究、提出概念、分析并验证新概念与系统。
• Evaluate technology business potential through techno-economic analysis, and prove technical feasibility through in-depth research, calculations, and testing, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 通过技术经济分析评估技术的商业潜力，并与内外部相关方协作，通过深入研究、计算与测试验证技术可行性。
• Identify new opportunities and evaluate their potential fit for the Company, based on ideas and early-stage technologies originating inside and outside the Company. 基于公司内外部产生的想法与早期技术，识别新机会并评估其与公司的匹配度。
• Generate new ideas and concepts to increase product value, and communicate them effectively to key stakeholders and management. 提出提升产品价值的新想法与概念，并与关键相关方及管理层进行有效沟通。
• Drive innovation activities through the “Idea-to-Concept” process, including leading own research projects and supporting other research projects. 推进创新活动的“从想法到概念”流程，包括主导自身研究项目，以及支持其他研究项目。
• Build and manage technology-scouting networks with universities, research institutes, standardization bodies, consultants, start-ups, suppliers, and business partners; identify and engage the best partners in emerging and existing domains. 与高校、科研院所、标准化组织、咨询公司、初创公司、供应商及业务合作伙伴建立并管理技术侦察网络；在新兴及既有领域识别并合作最佳伙伴。
• Maintain a scouting knowledge base (technology radar, partner landscape, lessons learned). 维护技术侦察知识库（技术雷达、合作伙伴图谱、经验教训）。
• Ensure that all research methods comply with the highest scientific and engineering standards. 确保所有研究方法符合最高的科学与工程标准。 Competence and qualifications 岗位任职能力与资格要求： Knowledge / Educational requirements 知识/学历要求
• Master of Science degree in mechanical, energy, process, chemical, or electromechanical engineering; a PhD is a plus. 机械/能源/过程/化工/机电一体化等相关工程专业硕士学历；博士优先。
• Good understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. 对热力学与流体力学有良好理解。
• Native Mandarin speaker with good spoken and written English. 中文母语，具备良好的英文口语与书面表达能力。
• Deep knowledge of gas compression is a plus. 具备扎实的气体压缩相关知识者优先。 Experience requirements 经验要求
• Ability to perform structured technology landscaping using publications, patents, conferences, supplier and competitor information, and expert interviews. 能够利用论文、专利、会议、供应商/竞争对手信息及专家访谈，开展结构化的技术全景/技术地图分析。
• Broad knowledge of industrial processes (process, chemical, and energy industries). 具备较广泛的工业过程知识（过程/化工/能源行业）。
• Demonstrated capability to evaluate both technical feasibility and business attractiveness. 具备同时评估技术可行性与商业吸引力的能力。
• Experience in technology scouting, open innovation, technology intelligence, or external collaboration management is a strong plus. 具备技术侦察/开放式创新/技术情报/外部合作管理经验者优先。 Competency and personality requirements 能力与个性要求
