该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责Essential Responsibilities And Duties 确保项目物流规划与设计工作的正常开展和任务完成; Ensure the smooth implementation of project logistics planning and design work and the completion of tasks； 确保客户需求跟踪与交付; Ensure customer requirement tracking and delivery； 确保项目的物流管理成本最优，风险可控，与生产部门的管理协作高效；Ensure optimal logistics management costs, controllable risks, and efficient collaboration with the production department for project management; 主要任务The main missions of the role are: 提供新项目供应商原材料信息及成品座椅给予规划部门进行包装设计; Provide information on new project suppliers' raw materials and finished seats to the planning department for packaging design;

跟踪记录客户订单及内部需求的交付进度，确保按时交付; Track and record the delivery progress of customer orders and internal requirements to ensure timely deliver； 根据客户需求计划提出/制定生产需求并定期跟进，持续改善; Propose/develop production requirements based on customer demand planning and regularly follow up to continuously improve; 根据生产需求、BOM损耗率等分解制定供应商需求计划，释放原材料预测信息，形成标准计划表格,确保物流及时到位、解决供应商端的异常问题（如延迟交付、质量缺陷导致的补货）；Based on production demand, BOM loss rate, etc., decompose and develop supplier demand plans, release raw material forecast information, form standard plan tables, ensure timely logistics delivery, and solve supplier side abnormal problems (such as delayed delivery and replenishment caused by quality defects); 在项目阶段每月完成客户销售数量对及供应商采购数量对账、内部报废及盘点差异统计，形成成本分析；During the project phase, complete monthly reconciliation of customer sales quantities and supplier procurement quantities, internal scrap and inventory discrepancy statistics, and generate cost analysis； 识别物流风险（如海关清关延迟、自然灾害、疫情封锁），跟踪应急预案（如安全库存、替代运输方案；在项目试生产阶段，快速响应生产线的临时需求变动（如紧急补货、设计变更导致的零件替换）； Identify logistics risks (such as customs clearance delays, natural disasters, epidemic lockdowns), track emergency plans (such as safety stock, alternative transportation options)；During the trial production phase of the project, quickly respond to temporary demand changes on the production line (such as emergency replenishment, replacement of parts due to design changes) 参与工程变更、工厂SAP系统搭建、在项目量产前完成物流验收等跨部门协作与交付验收；Participate in cross departmental collaboration and delivery acceptance such as engineering changes, factory SAP system construction, and completing logistics acceptance before project mass production； 完成上级交代的其他任务Complete other task assigned by manager.
