该职位来源于猎聘 Mission使命: As senior project engineer you guide a cross functional team from the engineering phase to final serial production, whilst safeguarding the project scope, timing and budget. You manage all risks and issues in a structured way. 作为一名项目工程师，你需要在保证项目范围、时间和预算的同时，指导跨职能团队从工程阶段到最终的批量生产。要以有组织、有条理的方式管控所有的风险和问题。 Job description included but not limited 岗位职责包括但不限于：

• Defining the project specifications together with all stakeholders and for setting up the entire project approach and plan. 与所有利益相关者一起定义项目规格，并制定整个项目方法和计划.
• Leading at regular intervals together with the project team to discuss the status of the project and to take necessary decisions and actions to achieve project objectives. 领导项目团队定期讨论项目的状态，并采取必要的决策和步骤来实现项目目标。
• On a regular basis you report to management and you maintain a good relationship with the customer. 定期向管理层汇报工作，并与客户保持良好的关系.
• Work according to the Concept to Product process to guarantee product and process quality. 根据Concept to Product 的概念工作，保证产品和过程的质量.
• Host Project Team meetings (PTM) to coordinate all project related activities. Reporting on agreed milestones and gate approval to the steering committee (Project Committee Meeting etc.) 主持项目团队会议(PTM)，协调所有项目相关事宜。并向项目指导委员会(Project Committee Meeting 等)汇报商定的 里程碑和阶段批准，并确保任何时间表和预算的变化。
• Safeguard the technical part of the project: 负责项目的技术部分
• Safeguarding of technical coherence during the design phase, supported by the latest development tools.

• Setting up a test program in cooperation with the test engineer

• Guiding from concept to industrialization, in close cooperation with the process and production engineers, procurement department and suppliers.

At least three year prior experiences in project management 至少有三年项目管理经验 Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

• Master (of Science) in Mechanical Engineering or other equivalent engineering or equivalent by experience in relevant previous jobs. 机械工程或其他同等专业的硕士学位，或者有相关的工作经验.
• Familiar with Project management principles. (PMP/PRINCE2… is a plus). 熟悉项目管理原则 (PMP/PRINCE2… 优先考虑)
• Mandarin as mother tongue; proficient in English in both oral & written.
