Understand how vacuum pumps linked to Li-battery customers production process, then figure out VTS service solution to optimize customers current process. Develop service solution and support customers to improve their process capabilities and operational efficiency to increase VTS business growth. Set up Li-Battery vacuum products life cycle service solution according to the database at customer side, and help VTS sales team win service solution business. Communicate with IV, SV and VTS local team for relevant technical resource. Support VTS sales, customers in China by providing vacuum products knowledge and technical presentations. Communication and technical support for end customer on site, keep good relationship with end users, bridge the VTS sales team and end customers to increase the VTS sales opportunities. Work closely with VTS sales team to identify business opportunities and maximize business wins in primary sectors, provide upgrading or service solutions to customers from technical perspective. Technical support and failure analysis for IV, SV and VTS products, work together with TS manager for the root cause analysis, to solve and prevent the failure at customer side on time.

Make and update training & sharing to improve product service knowledge, application knowledge to VTS team, FS engineers and end customers. Ensure to provide best in class field service at the customer site and represent VTS brands. This can include all service activities from planned maintenance to troubleshooting, commissioning and report.

• Ensure you work according to the company’s safety guidelines, follow any customer specific safety guideline on-site. In addition, you are expected to conduct Last Minute Risk Assessments and know the decontamination info from the records. Always use necessary and prescribed Personal Protective Equipment. Degree Level – college or above -

Minimum Of 5 Years Related Working Experiences Knowledge Areas: ü Technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components ü Technical and application knowledge: ability to constantly learn and develop ü Aspiration to keep up to date with latest technology developments, such as IoT, connectivity etc. ü Experience in a service position in an industrial and highly technical environment
