该职位来源于猎聘 Job description： As a design reviewer, you are responsible for the design review of all new products and major product modifications. You are an independent person from the project team playing a key-role in the "(new) product development process". You will work in close cooperation with our product teams to help them achieve quality, time and cost targets. In addition, you will be responsible for capturing and implementation of lessons-learnt on design quality across our different product teams. Your responsibilities include:

• Design Pre-view: Align with the project team on the project approach and the qualification plan to assure all Project Master Specifications can be reached within the project budget and schedule.
• Monitor the new product development process and ensure it follows CTP process (complete necessary work and deliverables in each gate). Join the project kick off meeting to identify project risks, make Key Decision & Knowledge Gap plan. Review the product 3D structure with PTM members in Feasibility phase. Hold technical review meeting at end of each gate to find project open points and report it with conclusion to the PCM meeting.
• Follow and monitor the project risks close or mitigate status. Help PTM complete the product DFMEA analysis. Ensure A type part have the suitable function specification, build in approval and qualification plan.
• Join the prototype machine review: check product structure rationality, safety (mechanical, electrical, thermal, control), maintainability, assemblability, and compliance with design rules. Review the whole machine performance: function, performance data, workflow (flow diagram, service diagram) with test report to ensure all meet the master spec requirement. Confirm that the design and selection of the parts are accurate (motor, coupling, drive train, cooler…). Ensure that the product design complies with relevant laws and regulations, with the assistance of certification engineer.
• Emphasis & share field lessons learned from previous and current generation units, end up in the new generation of unit designs.
• Review the critical localization part qualification plan with product engineer.
• Continuous cooperation and interaction with APF OFA engineering design reviewers to collect design lesson learn and design knowledge.
• Bring and maintain focus on continuous knowledge build-up on design and qualification for all department engineers. Create standardized engineering design rule guidelines and prototype test plan. Monitor our knowledge management system to guarantee quality of the knowledge articles.
• Final objective of the design review function is to continuously promote and facilitate the "Make new mistakes only" mantra in the organization.
• Representing Atlas Copco Wuxi OFA & AGA engineering department whilst actively engaging in compressor & QAS product third party audit process (ISO system certification) and our customer “Manufacturer Qualification Review” process. Competence and qualification： Experience requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in machine design or project management with the Atlas Copco "new product development processes". Knowledge
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical background.
• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing. Personality requirements
