该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责贝泰妮集团品牌的市场&用户洞察工作，有效运用定性/定量等方法，分析行业趋势、消费者需求与痛点 2、追踪美妆行业对标品牌的产品创新、营销策略及市场表现，提炼差异化竞争机会 3、基于美妆行业数据、社媒舆情及销售信息等多维数据源，形成定期skincare趋势报告 4、与业务紧密协作，推动洞察成果的策略落地，助力业务决策 任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，心理学/社会学/统计学等相关专业优先，有相关实习/项目经验者佳 2、熟悉定量问卷设计与基础数据分析，了解定性研究方法（如访谈、焦点小组） 3、热爱快消行业（尤其美妆/个护），乐于钻研消费者行为 4、学习力、适应力、抗压力强，适应快节奏环境 5、思维清晰，具备优秀的信息整合与表达能力（良好的PPT制作及汇报能力）
