• Support media director to develop the annual media strategy and manage the media investment to achieve the set KPIs.
• Work closely with brand team to ensure media communication strategies for Carlsberg China brands reach alignments.
• Experience working with global media stakeholders, provides local support.
• Good communication skills with other departments key stakeholders (BU sales, eCom & O2O, finance, procurements…etc) to guarantee a smooth and effective working process.
• Work closely with global media agency to keep close tracking on key competitor’s media activities, our brand health report as well as media buy reviews, make optimization proposals & executions timely.
• Work closely with local performance media agency on ROI media buying to drive ECOM and O2O conversion effectively.
• To have a discipline planning to ensure all agreed timelines and job quality are respected and met. To ensure compliance across the team and buying process. Requirements
• Driven for meeting great results, fast pace.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in media planning/buying, open for candidates from in-house media, media agency, digital agency or eCom agency, with experience of people management.
• Strong China media landscape knowledge and experience in digital/omni channel.
• Smart, creative，sharp，independent and team player.
• Strategic thinking, excellent planning. Strong leadership.
• Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding in planning and buying in both traditional media and new media such as social media, OTV, OTT, Digital APPs, E-commerce, OOH, etc.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree; highly preferable if major in communication, marketing, advertising.
