Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, Python & SQL
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI architecture
• Pandas, Scikit-learn, MLflow
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• NLP libraries: Gensim, NLTK
• Production ML model deployment on AWS, Azure or GCP
• Model drift monitoring and MLOps
• Vector databases and LLM fine-tuning
• HuggingFace, LangChain and OpenAI
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Apache Spark and advanced Databricks platform expertise
• 4+ years of pre-sales/post-sales customer-facing experience
• Experience designing scalable, production-ready ML solutions
