What they need
- Design, train, and evaluate classical ML and deep learning models
- (classification, regression, ranking, clustering, anomaly detection)
- Apply ML techniques to Vision, NLP, or Media problems
- Perform feature engineering using structured and unstructured data
- Select appropriate algorithms based on data and business context
- Evaluate models for accuracy, bias, robustness, and stability
- Integrate ML models into production systems and agent workflows
- Collaborate with domain SMEs to encode business logic into models
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 7 years of experience in machine learning or applied data science
- Strong foundation in classical ML algorithms
- Proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with scikit-learn
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Understanding of model evaluation metrics and validation techniques
- Experience working with real-world datasets (imperfect, noisy data)
- Specializations -
- Option 1: Vision
- Image classification, object detection, segmentation
- CNN-based architectures
- Image preprocessing and augmentation
- Option 2: NLP
- Text classification, NER, similarity, embeddings
- Hybrid NLP approaches (classical + transformers)
- Working with structured + unstructured text
- Option 3: Media
- Audio/video feature extraction
- Media embeddings and similarity
- Quality, realism, or personalization optimization
- Good to Have
- Experience integrating ML models into APIs or services
- Exposure to multimodal ML systems
- Familiarity with bias detection or explainability tools
- Experience working with streaming or near real-time data
- Understanding of how ML models are consumed by AI agents
