ML Engineer II

For our client, we are seeking a ML Engineer II to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will focus on building and operationalizing AI solutions that enhance customer and business experiences within a dynamic hospitality and recreation environment. You will work closely with AI scientists and engineering partners to move machine learning models into production and ensure they perform reliably at scale. The position also includes evaluating emerging AI capabilities, prototyping solutions, and contributing to technical design decisions for AI-enabled products.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows
• Implement evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM applications
• Develop AI-enabled features in a Java/Spring environment
• Collaborate with AI scientists to productionize ML models
• Recommend strategies for adopting emerging AI technologies
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
• Prototype solutions to complex problems quickly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming in Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with AI-enabled application integration and deployment
• Familiarity with LLM applications and AI principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
