About the Role

Were hiring an ML Engineer to work on Robotics, partnering directly with a frontier AI lab. Youll work on embodied AI perception, manipulation, and navigation systems that bridge the gap between simulation and the real world.

What Youll Do

• Build perception systems for robotic manipulation and navigation
• Develop sim-to-real pipelines to transfer learned policies from simulation to physical systems
• Work on motion planning, trajectory optimization, and imitation learning
• Collaborate with hardware and controls teams on real-world robot deployment
• Debug and iterate on models running on physical or simulated robotic systems

What Were Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in robotics, perception, or embodied AI
• Strong Python and/or C++ skills
• Familiarity with ROS/ROS2, MuJoCo, Isaac Sim/Isaac Gym, Gazebo, or PyBullet
• Understanding of core robotics concepts: SLAM, kinematics, grasping, motion planning
• Bonus: experience with sim-to-real transfer, imitation learning, or humanoid/manipulation systems
