MLOps Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for an MLOps Engineer to join the AI Platform team and support the deployment, operation, and scalability of AI/ML solutions. The role focuses on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ML platforms, CI/CD automation, observability, and the transition from Domino DataLab to OpenShift AI.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles;
• Strong Kubernetes administration and operations experience;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, Python, Terraform and/or Helm;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar);
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle and MLflow;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana);
• Good Linux administration skills;
• Fluent English.

A typical day might include the following:

• Deploy and operate ML workloads in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments;
• Build and maintain ML CI/CD pipelines and model deployment processes;
• Manage ML platforms and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Helm);
• Monitor platform health and model performance using Prometheus and Grafana;
• Support AI services and LLM inference platforms running on GPU infrastructure;
• Contribute to platform reliability, scalability, security, and automation.

Nice to have:

• OpenShift / OKD;
• Domino DataLab;
• vLLM, Triton Inference Server, or TGI;
• NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and CUDA fundamentals;
• OpenTelemetry;
• Apache Spark or Kafka;
• French language.
