MLOps Engineer

ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a MLOps Engineer in Ukraine.

ABOUT PROJECT

We’re growing our team at ELEKS in partnership with a company, the UK’s largest renewable power generator, primarily using sustainable biomass and hydroelectric power.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines and production-ready AI solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience building data pipelines using Medallion Architecture for ML, Agentic AI, and RAG applications
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, vector search, and vector indexes
• Knowledge of AI gateways, model serving endpoints, security policies, and guardrails for AI/ML applications
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Databricks Workflows, Kubeflow, or Apache Airflow
• Experience building and maintaining MLOps/LLMOps pipelines using MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or similar tools
• Experience implementing CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML and Agentic AI workflows
• Experience with ML/LLM observability, evaluation, traceability, performance monitoring, and cost optimization
• Upper-intermediate English or higher

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines and data workflows for AI and Agentic AI applications
• Build scalable data pipelines using Medallion Architecture, Vector Databases, and Vector Search technologies
• Develop and manage ML infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Databricks environments
• Implement and optimize CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML models, LLM applications, and agentic workflows
• Configure and maintain AI Gateways, model serving endpoints, security policies, and AI guardrails
• Orchestrate ML and data workflows using Databricks Jobs/Workflows, Kubeflow, or Airflow
• Build and maintain MLOps/LLMOps pipelines supporting model lifecycle management, prompt versioning, and reproducibility
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, tracing, and cost observability for ML and Agentic AI systems
• Develop and orchestrate agentic and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Support the development and deployment of production-ready NLP, RAG, and multimodal AI solutions
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and continuous improvement of ML and Agentic AI infrastructure
