MLRO - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MLRO to join a growing organisation in Malta. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and continuously enhancing the company's AML & CFT framework, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the business, you will act as the primary point of contact for compliance matters and play a critical role in protecting the organisation from financial crime risks. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of AML/CFT policies, procedures, controls, and risk management processes.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience within a regulated environment and possess a strong understanding of Maltese AML/CFT legislation, FIAU Implementing Procedures, and relevant European regulations. A fundamental requirement of this position is that the successful candidate must be approved by MFSA and satisfy all applicable fit and proper requirements.
