MM2H Case Officer cum Client Services Driver

• Manage MM2H applications from initial enquiry and document preparation to submission, approval and post-approval follow-up.
• Review client documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with MM2H requirements.
• Submit applications through the relevant government portals and monitor application timelines and progress.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, banks, clinics, insurance providers and other relevant parties.
• Provide clients with timely updates and assist with bank account opening, medical check-ups, insurance and visa endorsement procedures.
• Pick up and transport clients safely to banks, clinics, government offices and other MM2H-related appointments.
• Collect and deliver visa endorsement documents and other relevant documents to clients.
• Maintain accurate client records, digital files, agent referrals and commission reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, MM2H agents and business partners.
• Perform other customer-service, administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
