What they need
Our client is a maker of MMICs and modules for defense, wireless infrastructure, and other high growth markets. They are looking for an IC Design Engineer for high frequency, high power SOI switches .
- We need a BSEE or higher degree, with 3-10+ years of Silicon MMIC or RF IC design experience.
- Needs to have experience with Cadence Virtuoso design tools.
- SOI design experience would be a big plus, as would experience with switch design.
- Full time role, Direct hire.
