该职位来源于猎聘 [职位概述] We are seeking an experienced professional with strong data analytics and marketing expertise. You will focus on marketing performance measurement and business growth via data modeling and analysis, alongside client communication and commercial support. Work split: 65% project delivery | 35% client communication & business support [岗位职责]

• Build MMM / LiftROI models to measure marketing incremental impact and ROI; integrate multi-source media, sales, e-commerce and user behavior data, deliver insights and actionable optimization suggestions.
• Lead end-to-end analytics project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate business hypotheses, and translate complex analysis into clear business strategies.
• Serve as key client contact, understand business demands, present analysis results and strategic recommendations, and maintain smooth communication to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support new business development, proposal writing and solution design, and cooperate with media and client teams to drive solution implementation. [任职要求]
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• 6+ years experience in media analytics, advertising measurement or marketing insights.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Practical experience with marketing modeling (MMM / LiftROI).
• Strong data skills with SQL, Python, R.
• Able to independently deliver full-cycle analytics projects, not a pure sales role.
• Solid understanding of brand, media and performance marketing system.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving ability. [加分项]
