• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and reporting any adverse effects promptly.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examination, and symptom evaluation, to identify health status and develop care strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, participate in rounds, and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment procedures, medication management, and self-care techniques to promote understanding and adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Maintain current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

• Have at least 2-3 years of direct patient care experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
