MMS Processor

Job Summary:

The MMS (Merchandise Management System) Processor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of product data, pricing, and inventory updates within the company's MMS. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining data integrity and supporting store operations through effective system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process product listings, pricing, and promotions in the MMS.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of inventory data.
• Update and validate supplier and vendor information.
• Monitor system errors and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Generate reports related to sales, inventory, and pricing trends.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth data flow.
• Assist in system testing and upgrades as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and data management standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in MMS, inventory management, or data processing is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
