Salary

Freshers: 3.0 – 3.5 LPA including incentives

Experienced: 4.0 – 7.0 LPA depending on relevant experience, previous CTC and interview performance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer technical queries through Chat and Email

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues

• Provide accurate solutions within defined timelines

• Document customer interactions and resolutions

• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues

• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards

• Follow company processes, SLAs and support guidelines

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Windows, internet, browsers and computer applications

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused approach

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
