Job Description

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement warehouse management plans to optimize space utilization.

2. Team Management and Coordination:

• Manage the daily work of the warehouse team and monitor performance.
• Conduct team training to improve work quality and output.

3. Problem Solving and Process Optimization:

• Assist team members in resolving daily technical or operational issues.
• Analyze business problems, provide supply chain recommendations, and optimize workflows.

4. Risk Control:

• Conduct risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and procedural standards.

5. Project Management:

• May manage projects within own area of expertise, coordinating work and resources.
• Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues to foster team growth.
